    We deliver all parcels tracked and signed for mostly via Royal Mail with exception of much larger items where on occasions we may have to use other couriers including Yodel, Fedex and Evri.
    If your order has been despatched by Yodel we highly recommend you download the FREE Yodel Parcel Tracker App which gives you complete control over your delivery; some of the benefits include:
    • Have a delivered image sent directly to your device as soon as Yodel have delivered your parcel
    • Receive a two-hour delivery window for your parcel delivered to a door
    • Receive push notifications every step of your parcel's journey
    • Take a photo of your safe place location for your delivery address that Yodel will deliver to if you're not home
    • Manage your parcel - amend your delivery preference right up to your delivery
    • Manage your parcel and give Yodel specific instructions for one delivery

    We cannot accept any liability for delivery instructions given to the delivery company e.g. you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location i.e. in a shed, garage, or with a neighbour we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

    For customers local to Newquay, Cornwall we offer a click and collect service from our friends at at the beautiful store Love of Lemons.

    All orders will be dispatched without any plastic packaging, using smaller boxes with little space waste inside. Boxes may be folded down to bespoke fit the order which is sometimes less aesthetic but does ensure your order reaches you safely with less packaging waste.

    If you are purchasing from the EU, Channel Islands or Rest of World your order may be liable for duty, VAT or additional taxes, which customers may need to pay on receipt of delivery.

    Taxation laws vary by country and will be determined by your government. Please check what your local liability for import tax is as returns received by Moonlit Mill due to unpaid duty may incur additional costs, which the customer may not be reimbursed for when a refund is processed.
