All our products are selected carefully with love but If you decide you are not over the moon with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order. We can only accept returns that are unused, in their original packaging and in complete re sellable condition.
The original delivery cost will not be refunded unless the item received was faulty.
Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. The cost of return postage is paid for by the customer.
We recommend you send the parcel with a tracked or signed for service. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage receipt from whoever you choose to return the parcel with.
If your return doesn't reach us for any reason and you don't have proof of postage we unfortunately won't be able to refund or replace the item.

We will notify you by email once we receive and process your return. Most returns are refunded on the day the package arrives with us but please note refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account.
